Swing Check Valves
Viking Swing Check Valves are stronger, yet smaller and lighter than conventional
check valves. They are suitable for use in fire department pumper connections,
fire pump discharge and bypass connections, public water supply connections,
and gravity and pressure tank connections. They are available in sizes
from 2 1/2" to 8", in either flanged or grooved connections.
Viking Alarm, Easy Riser, and Swing Check valves feature a Clapper Assembly
that is hinged to the hand-hole cover. The entire assembly can be removed
for fast and easy maintenance, without removing the valve from the riser.
