Soil Pipe Cutters The fastest way to cut cast iron soil pipe, clay pipe, and small diameter concrete pipe is with a chain pipe cutter. Great for gray water applications! Reed has improved the original manufacture's design by providing stronger jaws and more durable adjusting screws which are interchangeable with the original tools. Reed soil pipe cutters are available in a single stroke model (SC59) and a ratcheting (SC49) model for close quarter work.
Pipe Descalers The scrapers on the Reed pipe descaler remove corrosion and other obstructions from the pipe surface to allow more effective cutting, joining, gasket seating, or other operations. Much faster and more effective than chisels or files and requires only a few inches clearance around the pipe. The tool is made entirely of steel that is zinc plated for corrosion resistance and toughness.
