The register of this type water meter is filled with a special colorless, nonclouding  liquid to lubricate the gears. It  features the low starting  flow rate of a wet type water meter with the clear reading of a dry dial type water meter. It's construction is advanced and reliable. This type of water meter is a modification type of model C. It is of numerical drum and pointer indication, easy and clear. Its starting flow rate for accurate measurement is less.

Model C is compact small size, E dry type, F liquid sealed, D2 single jet, DLJ-XLC/R50~100 large size. All are suitable for water temperature less than 90 Celsius degree.Outside dimensions are the same as those of normal model.

This type of  water meter is a modification of DLJ-XLC. It has the features of  DLJ-XLC and its register is numerical drumlike an odometer and sweep hand pointer indication for easy and long term clear reading.
